It’s time for a retrospective “look back” at the 13-season history of the “Hats Off to the Horses” auction series sponsored by MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS® for Old Friends!
This exclusive, annual fundraiser for the retired racehorses of Old Friends ran from 2009 through 2022 and was a great success! For 13 seasons we were honored to celebrate the beloved retirees of Old Friends with one-of-a-kind Derby chapeaux. In total, Old Friends received donations totaling over $46,000 from this exclusive online Derby hat auction series.
To celebrate the return of “Hats Off” in 2026, MAGGIE MAE DESIGNS® thought it might be fun to compile and share a retrospective of this event’s 60+ hat auctions.
